God wants more for us than to simply be forgiven sinners. God wants us to be made holy – more like we were supposed to be in the beginning. Being made holy means that we live a life that is committed to following Jesus and living like Jesus. When we live in the love of God what we find is that we live as loving people who will serve others and live in a self sacrificing way.
Dios quiere más para nosotros que simplemente ser perdonados los pecadores. Dios quiere que seamos santos, más como se supone que debemos ser al principio. Ser hecho santo significa que vivimos una vida comprometida a seguir a Jesús y vivir como Jesús. Cuando vivimos en el amor de Dios, lo que encontramos es que vivimos como personas amables que servirán a los demás y vivirán de una manera sacrificada.
